Once I place my order, will I see results right away?
Firstly we will make sure your order is worked on properly and there are no mistakes during order. Then our advertisement team will manually review and verify your order within 1-3 hours. What does each Order Status mean?
Once you place an order, you may notice your order will have a particular status that will change. These are a list of our Order Statuses and what they mean:
Pending – We have received your order, but we have not received your payment.
Processing – Your payment has been successfully received. Allow up to 12-24 hours for the order to start.
In Process – We have reviewed your information and everything checked out. Your information has received by our orders team and they have started your order. Order will be completed within the time frame noted now.
Failed or Restriction – There seems to be some kind of error with your provided information such as Facebook page or photo you have sent us. This could be a number of reasons. Here are the top 3 reasons why you would get this.
1. Your provided URL/Information such as SoundCloud URL is incorrect or the YouTube, Spotify account are incorrect. Please recheck it’s loading for you and send the correct one or review the steps below.
2. Account may be restricted or privet. Remove this from your fan page admin and for the photo it would be under your profile.
3. Expected URL wasn’t entered in. On Hold – We reviewed your order and have found something wrong. You will receive an email from us with further instructions.
Refunded – We started/completed your order, but provided a refund due to either, an Official Refund Request, Fraud, or other reason any points you have got from our reward program are removed automatically.
Cancelled – We did not start to the order. Either you (the customer) cancelled the order, or our team cancelled the order. In this case, you either received a full refunded or were provided In-Store Credit.
